About Jeff Fallon

Jeff Fallon - Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Jeff Fallon was born and raised in "small town USA".  In a town of just under 1400 people West Stockbridge, Massachusetts sits just west of Stockbridge, Massachusetts and is best known for the town that Norman Rockwell painted so well.  There are several local people portrayed in Rockwell's paintings, including Fallon's childhood doctor, one of his first baseball coaches and several other residents.  He is the youngest son of Bernard Fallon, Sr. and Anna Ambrose and has three siblings, Debbie Piacitelli (Fountain Hills, AZ), Bernie Fallon, Jr (who has homes in both Massachusetts and Arizona) and Kristany Skorput (West Sockbridge, MA).  Like most boys in a small town, Fallon played every sport possible before earning varsity letters in football, basketball and baseball in high school.  From 1985-89, Fallon went on to play college baseball and basketball in Vermont and began his coaching career in 1989 after being named the head basketball and assistant baseball coach.  His head coaching position made him the youngest head coach in the nation at age 23.

He coached until 1993 at the college level before re-locating to Arizona to begin his college planing and recruiting business.  While coaching in college and having time to learn the recruiting process he would often reflect back onto his experiences going through the process as a student-athlete.  He realized that there was a need for someone to help not only the college coaches find right student-athletes for their programs but also, the families going through this process.  He understood that families typically only get to go through this one time and they really need to make the right decision the first time.  Fallon knows that his college choice was one of the best decisions he had ever made in his life and certainly turned out to be one of the most important.  Since high school coaches can't help everyone and guidance counselors are overwhelmed with student files, he knew this was a perfect little niche for him to begin his business.

In 1995, he married Natasha Pfander from Des Moines, Iowa and by 2001 they had three boys, Jeffrey Dakota (Koty), Tanner and Hunter.  The Fallon's have lived in Surprise, Arizona since 1996, Natasha is a first grade teacher in the local school district and has been teaching since 1994.  The Fallon boys are all very active in local sports, playing baseball, basketball and football.
