In 1996, I founded Fallon Sports to pursue a career goal of helping student-athletes, regardless of sport, achieve their athletic potential while also helping them build life skills, courage and responsibility.

It’s important for me to surround myself with people (our coaches) who have the same passion and desire to educate, lead and support students, parents and coaches through youth sports, high school sports and into college and professional athletics.  Our coaches seek to personally know, understand and are able to work with each individual student-athlete and their parents.  Through this one-on-one interaction, we ensure that each player receives candid and objective feedback, as well as guidance to help them achieve their realistic goals and life aspirations.  The Fallon Sports service philosophy is based on my deep rooted belief in the potential of each individual and the services we offer (evaluations, college planning and coaching) are geared toward maximizing this potential.

As a result of our passion and philosophy, our college planning program has an astounding track record, with more than 97% of our high school seniors having the opportunity to compete at the collegiate level, with 36% of them participating at NCAA Division I schools.  In fact, since 2003 more than 100 players have been selected in the amateur baseball draft.
